Louise Hajjar Diamond is a certified guidance counselor and teacher in Florida. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in School Counseling and Human Systems, both from Florida State University.   She has been a school guidance counselor in South Florida since 1990. Her experience has been in both public elementary and middle schools in Broward County. Since 2002, she has been the counselor in a private, parochial school serving pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

Louise has written more than thirty articles since 2000. Her work has appeared in many parenting magazines including South Florida Parenting, Western New York Family, Birmingham Parent, Atlanta Parent, San Diego Family, MetroKids, and many others. Her professional and parenting pieces have been published in ASCA’s School Counselor magazine and website. Louise has served as an educational consultant for other publications and websites. Her work has appeared on numerous parenting and educational websites. She is the sole author of Counselor’s Clips.
